I am not 100% sure but I think this has something to do with server retaining some IP address for you, gaming and website do not work the same way.

What you can try is download some free VPN like HideIP or something, enable it, login in the game, exit game, disable VPN and continue your life.

Sometimes reseting your ISP's modem helps with the case as it give you new IP
