Drop RNG is a fickle mistress and everyone's mileage may vary.
However the RNG isn't that bad compared to say U7 open beta days. Trust me if you think this is bad, the old loot RNG would probably make you quit like a few of my friends.
Hell farming defection for harrow systems or spy missions for ivara felt more like the older updates RNG drop at least to me anyway, but again RNG is RNG. Everyone's mileage varies.
I'd like to say the real issue would probably be his spawn-rate, but I can't judge i spend too much time in OV and PoE and wolfy doesn't spawn there so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ i have nothing to comment about spawn RNG.
Anyway Wolf isn't that bad if you have a properly modded weapon.
I highly suggest Radiation + Crit builds to speed things up.
For those with Archguns, Imperator Vandal worked the second time i encountered him, but again modding for Rad+crit should work on any archgun.
Pretty much if anyone's fought profit taker, same mod set up tbh no change needed.
One more thing i should mention. I did accidentally 2 shot Wolf with the AG Larkspur charge shot. on my 3 or 4th encounter? i forget, but it was hilarious. Honestly would like to encounter him again and have it on video this time around.
Vandal/Wraiths for invasions, ESO, Baro.
Snipetron from Plague Star.
I do understand the FOMO though, (Fear of Missing Out) but with the exception of Founder set (contract obligation) and the rare Primed Chamber Mod. (not gonna lie this one still baffles me)
DE has pretty much brought back all timed exclusives. Unless i'm blind ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ , i don't think DE has given much reason for fear of missing out.
Probably the only thing i'd worry about is them introducing less popular missions to grind for em, but that's about it. looking at you infested salvage and defection.
(nothing personal against people that enjoy those 2 mission types, they just aren't for me)
Or wolf gets an assasination node, at least that way i am guaranteed an ecounter.
but geniuses on forums do not speak that language, if it's not NOW then DE sucks....
I am pretty sure we are gonna get sick of him by the end of the event.
Please clarify how is it justified? I have not seen any proof or evidence DE has permanently locked away weapons, with the exception of the founders set due to contract.
You can argue it seems like once in a lifetime, but as i stated before
DE has so far brought back all the weapons in one way or another and thus shown no reason to fear. Maybe upset feelings and instant gratification but that's about it.
Also I would also like to add bounties as another way of returning "exclusive" weapons, since i just remembered wraith furax to the list.
It's early in the AM and i forgot, but it's just another valid example of DE bringing back "exclusive" weapons.
However if i have missed anything or am incorrect about my examples listed, please feel free to refute and list examples indicating otherwise on the subject of DE's track record and fear of missing out on "exclusive weapons"
Wolf is considered an assassin like Stalker, Grustag 3, Zanuka Hunter. Unfortunately instead of an assassination node, i think the safer bet would be a future Wolf Beacon sold by Baro Kiteer.
Primed Disappointment anyone?
wolf creds earned is very low too.
Those 3 should be increased.
There should be some missions for wolf credits, enough to farm the while completing the road to rank 30.
