About the anniversary gift
Apology if this is something obvious but I'm rather new to Warframe and I've read that they are giving away Liset Dex skin and Excalibur Dex Noggle through inbox but I failed to find it. Is there any extra requirement to acquire them? (The only inbox option I found was in the Comm option in Esc menu)

You should ve got the noggle and the liset dex skin just by being online

Check your inbox again please

I have checked that 5 times for the last 4 hours and still found nothing. Is it required that I have to complete all the earth missions?

The skin for you're ship and the noogle was a login gift for the 27th march
So if u did not log in yesterday you will not get it but im not sure.
If you logged in yesterday then it shoulf be there.
Esc>equipment>landing craft
On the decoration tab press 1 and you will get a menu with deco stuff maybe the noogle is there.
For the skin u need to go for decorate ship or something (im not ingame rn, im not sure what the name of the tab is) but there are just 4 tabs so you will not miss it.

If you've logged in between March 27 at 2 p.m. ET to April 10 at 2 p.m. ET, you should be able to get the liset skin and excalibur noggle through your in-game inbox. If not, it is a bug.

Thank you, that is a very detailed answer. I reckon that also means I have to complete all the Earth mission in order to unlock such options because atm the equipment option only takes me to the arsenal screen with just options for tenno appearance. Maybe that's also why I have no notification of anniversary mission alerts. I will try to plough through the Earth mission and report back once I'm done.

Forgot my last answer i checked the warframe post and it was not a 27march only login gift. Whatever yes you need to do the alerts to get them. Im not sure if you need a specific Mastery Rank to have acsess to the decoration menu.
But im sure you got it, sometimes i dont get a mail to if i done a mission. It can be bugged. Good luck!

And i've gotten it instantly after logging in , you should get it as well.As soon as you complete the junction i suppose.Didn't really see a requirement anywhere , so maybe it's just a bug.
If you still don't get it , you should write a ticket to support.

I have the same bug. I've logged in numerous time, checked my inbox and my Decoration/Ship Skins tabs. I would suggest making a ticket and maybe a post on the Warframe Bug Report forums. There are a few posts up, but they are either not very clearly labelled or in the wrong area of the forums.

Do you have the Dexcalibur skin already? You might need to have it first before you can receive the noggle. The Liset skin comes in the same inbox message, so I would get the stolen anniversary gifts first if you haven't done so already, re-login to the game, and see if the message pops up. Just a suggestion if you haven't done that already.

I got the Dex Excalibur skin last year. I'm in the process of completely all the anniversary missions again to see if it works.. however, I thought you got these new gifts "free" just for logging in.

Nope, completed all the Dex alerts and relogged, didn't make a difference.
