Same as any other pet - get pet color and fur pattern packs, such as the Moonless Kavat and Feral Kubrow pet customizations from Master Teasonai in Cetus, or the Nexus Kubrow and Kavat packs from Baro Ki'teer.

You cna buy basic gene masking kits for credits on the Market in the Orbiter.

Just to expand on what people have said, there are two main ways. First is buying items off of the Market, which is rather straightforward and obvious, just go to the Market and search for Gene-Masking Kits. Second are purchases with Credits, which can be done in at least two places, far as I know. One is only available periodically - Baro Ki'teer sometimes sells a set of pet gene-masking kits. The other one is available from a special trader in Cetus, who is always present, but whose wares rotate every day (though, he only has a few items, so gene-masking kits appear there quite often).

One important bit is, all your pets share the same 'pool' of colors, meaning that they all fit your Kubrows as well as Helminth Chargers or even Kavats (only true for colors; fur patterns are unique to each pet type).
