is it worth using seeking fury?
it only increase a little bit of the reload time and adds punch through just over 1m

Depends on the weapon. Arca Plasmor, for instance, already has punch through, so the mod would mostly be wasted there. Drakgoon has bouncing projectiles, so it would also want to avoid punch through.
I can't remember if Phage utilizes it well or not.
However, I never take my Hek or Sobek without it. Hek because the weapon is generally overkill for single targets but can take out two or more enemies with the same shot with punch through. Sobek because Acid Shells can have a chain reaction if everything in close proximity is already injured and dies from any of the explosions.
Seeking Force, the pure punch through mod, is very high cost and doesn't offer a substantial improvement over Seeking Fury (you will rarely find a situation where more than 1.1m of punch through is useful).
So yes, Seeking Fury is a worthwhile mod to have, but not on every shotgun. The ones with a wider spread or high projectile count would probably do better with another damage mod (Boar and Strun).

Tbh it's a mod I'd never take off my Tigris Prime. Kill 3 or more enemies at once instead of one? Yes please!
And I agree with IrationalFear, use it on weapons that are overkill anyway i.e. Tigris Prime or Hek, they have enough power to tear through groups, all they need is punch through.

Ill mostly agree with that, but high punch through is very useful in large group fights lilke survival or relic missions where there are 10 guys in a cluster running in at you. You can drop many, many enemy per shot with sobek / hek that way. And it greatly extends the usefulness of tigris, where every shot really has to count for many enemy due to the constant reloading.

It is also useful on carrier's shotgun weapon, which can be fairly potent if you put it on anything else (that can shoot something from more than 3 inches away).
