Toggle Aiming or hold?

Just curious which people prefer, I can use both because I play a few games that have it locked either toggle or hold, though I usually use hold aiming for warframe.

For third person shooters, especially this fast, Hold.

The last game I was comfortable with Toggle was Payday, I think. Third person shooter, nothing comes to mind

Hold. Mostly because you are constantly switching in and out of aim.

Hold. Aiming slows you down and you do not want to be stuck aiming down sights when a bombard rocket is about to splatter you over the nearest wall.

Hold to aim, honestly. Toggle aim is a bit too methodical for something so fast paced
