do you even have the twin vipers blueprint?
If that's the case, just buy a Lato then sell it after your Twin Vipers is done
Then it's like Anubis said, you can't make it because the game forces you to keep at least one secondary weapon. You'll have to sell a main or melee weapon, to make room to buy another secondary weapon.
Maybe he likes sword play over gun play and wants to get rid of all the bullets in his Orbiter ASAP
EDIT : Nevermind. I read wth as shorthand for Wraith. -- You'll need to have more than just the two Vipers in your Secondary weapon arsenal. Equip another secondary.
Instead of listing both when I clicked the first one the image to click the second one seemed to be randomly scattered over the page. I found it by moving my mouse slowly over the screen and eventually found a spot to click on it that wasn't hidden behind other elements of the UI.
-You'll definitely want to get one of your vipers to lvl30 before getting rid of it, for the mastery; otherwise you'll later have to craft another to finish levelling it
-Look in to getting the Akzani, they're better than twin vipers IMO (and they have a 100 round mag)
