Missing weapons in my inventory and MP lost

Last year after the fortuna update i have lost some ML points, i think i was ML 24 at the time and dropped to ML23. after that i discovered i had a Masterd spectra disappearing from my inventory and profile i just re-mastered it. Now i have found i have a mastered braton vandal missing both from my inventory and profile. Ok i think i can contact support and solve the problem easily:

"I am pretty sure i had a mastered Braton Vandal in my equipment but now i can't find it anymore both in the inventory and in the profile along the mastered weapons. i think it happened few months ago when i noticed the Spectra and some MR points missing as well."

How can i have a screenshot of 1 year ago? There are thousand of weapons it's impossible to check everything and reading some other comments this happened to other people too.
I have a lato vandal(harder to farm) built few months ago and not a single piece of the braton because i built it and i still remember i mastered it on Hydron.

Now I am not calling you a liar, but I have had a case where I sold my Riven by mistake. And that I contacted DE support and got it back.

Worse case scenarios, you might have forgot that you don't have it. And I think being mannered here is what will earn you respect and proper discussion. Instead of this childish rant. Just try again.

Ok i have lost it. it doesn't matter anymore. probably you are right, after 3762 hours i haven't got a single piece of the braton vandal but i got peculiar bloom, the ephemera. and probably i got even the alzheimer because i can't remember i had a braton vandal too...
