How can I put items in my 'gear wheel'?

This might be a dumb question, but could please somebody explain to me how this works? I've just gotten the k-drive launcher, it's in my inventory (not in my arsenal, though) and I can't seem to find a way to equip it to my gear wheel. How is this supposed to be done?

They changed the arsenal to have a gear wheel icon at the top. If that is what you mean.

It's between the sentinel and vehicle options.

When entering the Arsenal screen, above the Warframe entry, are four tabs - The third one from the left, which looks like a circle, is where you set the Gear Wheel.

Select an open spot at the end of the wheel to add an item, or an existing slot in the wheel to replace the selected item - then choose the item to be assigned there.

This is what bothers me. Sure, arsenal menu looks little bit cleaner but gear wheel should have been below there still.

This guy already answered your question accurately. If there is 1 more thing to add is that you can select which K-Drive to use--if you have more than 1--at the vehicles tab; exactly at the same place where you work the builds for Archwings, its weapons, and K-Drives.
