With the ones like resist magnetic, heat ice, etc. Max rank for 1 of them is 80% chance to dodge said element. So if I have two of 1 element arcane maxxed there's 160% to dodge therefore no said element damage which I don't think DE would allow to happen despite giving you the option to equip two.
then x% + y%
if works with a x,y% chance
then x% * y%
For the Arcanes whose effects stay the same as they rank up, they stack additively. That includes things like all the "Resist Status type proc" ones.
For the Arcanes whose effects increase as they rank up, they're independent of each other, but if they both do happen to proc, their effects combine additively.
they seem to proc RARELY
so 50% x 50% = 25% proc chance?
so whenever i get a headshot, both arcanes have a 50% of activating
and btw i have an argon scope equiped so i can easily tell if i got a headshot or not
Edited what I wrote because I sort of just threw up words without thinking.
this is probably better at explaining if they stack or not, or how they work
