Dry dock - can be rotated?

It's at a kind of odd angle right now, can the room be rotated so that the doors line up differently?

It can be rotated during placement, just like any other room. However, also like any other room, once it's been placed it must be destroyed to rebuild and rotate it. To make matters worse, the small preview on the construction screen, makes it extremely difficult to see its current angle prior to placement, and the "skybox" that makes up its open end limits facing when considering other rooms.

I highly recommend using DojoCAD[buff0000n.github.io] to help plan out dry dock placement.

EDIT: For example, this is my dojo[buff0000n.github.io] with dry dock "facing out" from built rooms and highlighting that it will conflict with my second floor reactor hall if I continue building straight (and ever need that many reactors).
