Can't craft the miter even though I meet all of the requirements

I'm MR 6, have enoufh credits, and have all of the parts. I can't buy the blueprint. Can anyone help?

Check Kril's codex entry for loot drops. I think he's the source for the BP too.

The blueprint is a drop just like all the parts. It's on Exta, Ceres. All the parts and main BP have a 16.67% chance to drop. I have enough parts to build five miters but have yet to get the main BP. Good luck cause I gave up a while ago.

After the update that happened, the Miter is a beast. Go get you one.

And when you build it, keep it. Later you can use it to build Panthera. They're great fun to use.

That's what bothers me. I swear miter was used, but if you go to market, it says hikou.
