is Equinox's night form useless?
i've been playing her and she's amazing and all but i dont see the purpose of her night form, day form is just way too good you dont even need her other form, sometimes i just switch to heal myself but that's all
anyone feels the same???

her Night Form is good, strong af to use. But Maim is too broken so there i snot a single reason to use Night mode - as majority of the community never uses it.

I play Night mode mostly , damage reduction is great thing

Nightform is used for CC in places such as stealth, defense, survival, or for stealth focus farm on Adaro Sedna.

maybe stealth, but for the rest i dont see the purpose of using nightform aside from cc, maim already has a small CC and by the time it dissappears you just active it again and nuke them all lol

His second ability in night for is used for stealth missions/focus farming, its one of the best ability for this kind of mission, her third reduce the damage what the enemy does by 50% on base which is pretty nice, his night for im purely for survival while day form is for agressive play style

Her night form is way more fun and still fairly useful if you don't need 100% efficient murder power. I play Night Form a lot more just because I find it more fun to use.

night form comes with AoE sleep, damage reduction, and healing. This form is meant more for support and cc, less for map-clearing, so it depends on your playstyle, really. I wouldn't say she's useless... Equinox is pretty versatile in given situations.

I play solo often so I find night form pretty rewarding, especially with the healing she has. Most people use equinox for maim but she can be utilized much more than that. It depends on how you play.

(also... Peaceful Provocation. That augment for her night form is really fun to use I'd highly recommend it)

Her Night form is Defensive and supports the team better. You'll have a much easier time doing Mot in Night Form rather than Day, for example.

Night form is good agasint very high level targets becuase Equinox's damage in day form does not scale well at all, and therefore does no damage at high levels.

Therfore, its more efficient to use damage reduction and use weapons as primary source of damage.

Equinox is bascailly a better Ember, and with extra abilities for damage reduction. And Ember is awful, damage does not scale at all.
actually her 4 in day form at high lvls does pretty good damage, once i stacked 1 million in like nothing lol

In certain cases this can happen. But you obviously had alot of enemies in your area, and a good weapon to stack damage.

I'm just generally speaking.
the damage is based on the health of the enemies you kill, the higher the enemys level, the higher their health, the more damage you get, so it scales pretty nicely, the only thing what can make it kinda bad is armor, but since CP exist in a pre made squaq equinox can easily kill everything
