There's also a Solstice Vanquished Banner that was given as the ultimate goal reward for Tennobaum 2016, but not sure if that ever came back around in some way. Either way, the one in the vid looks to be the standard Vanquished

A word of warning though, at the time this video was made Telos Boltace was a much more powerful melee weapon than it is now. It had an AoE effect on slide attacks that would cause significant damage with a guaranteed Slash status proc, and with the right build it could become stupidly powerful and basically just melt everything in sight. The AoE has since been changed to be a much less powerful "pull enemies towards you, then fling them away with the next slide attack" mechanic.
