What is a good secondary for stripping armor?

Just want to play around a little with armor stripping.

Mara Detron and Pox are the two that comes to mind.

Kuva Nukor is a beam with 100% status and no physical damage to pollute the potential status chance of Corrosive. Of course, it is VERY annoying to get one, so eh.

good: nukor, embolyst, euphona prime (tho it usualy kill enemy while reducing it armor to 0), akstileto prime, anything full auto with high status or insane firerate like grakatas.

the only secondary able to destroy armored enemies at every level is the (mara) detron. It can kill with 1 or 2 headshots or 2 or 3 body shots even level 200 corrupted bombards with a riven and the right build...
The kuva nukor gets (fake) high damage stats at the end of the missions nut you will run out of ammo easily on everything beyond sorties, just get a gaze and you will have +30% strength and efficiency on abilities...
I haven't still tested it but i think the Kuva braak is even much better than a mara detron considering it can reach +500.000 burst damage and 100% status with a riven...

How about the Tysis? 50% status chance, corrosive shots, darts stick and can proc a few times. The Embolist also comes to mind, a spray weapon with 41% status chance and toxin damage. Maybe neither of them have particularly high base damage, but for status procs. they might be worth taking a look at

Do you understand that shotguns have pellets and with 100% status every pellet will proc? So think 20,30 pellets proccing corrosive at the same time. 2 or 3 shots and the armor is gone, with other weapons you will need hundred of bullets to do that.
If you wanna strip armor just get a secondary shotgun. There is no other kind of weapon better and faster than that.

Tysis is an incredible armour stripper if that's all you're looking for. With a good riven it can also be a really high damage dealer (thanks to ~400% damage stats being possible on the riven).

Anything with status chance of 20% or more can strip armor; Zakti is another example.
You should also weigh weapons that do not deal physical damage more heavily, and it with allow more corrosive procs.
