Frosty boi on the other hand, well Ive yet to find a build were he shines as brightly.
They work best in different areas, Frost for excavation, defense/mobile etc. Volt for running through levels quick.
That said to answer the question I prefer Frost as it has a definte role in defense.
Also I used to run capacitance in ESO but some people don't like overshields so I stopped using it and just run an umbra build now.
Frost is super useful at times and solid all around but Volt is more fun.
Ex: the valkyr player months ago who had a solo build ans complained about volts augment in public
But from a pure mechanical stand point it would be Volts. But its bland to look at most of the time
