Nidus blueprint
From what I've read the Nidus blueprint is obtained from completing the Glast Gambit quest and also for 100,000 K from Cephalon Simaris. Since I am hated by the Perrin Sequence I was hoping to get it from Samaris but he does not sell it. Is there another way to get the blueprint?

I think the option is only available after completing Glast Gambit quest.

To buy it from Simaris as people tend to sell their quest warframe for some reason.

You can still do the Glast Gambit quest, even if the Perrin Sequence don't like you (likewise with any other quest revolving around the syndicates). Furthermore, Simaris only sells it once you complete the quest, just so you aren't locked out from the frame if you sell an important part for whatever reason.

Your standing with a faction doesn't effect your ability to take their quests.

Never mind. I apparently started this a long time ago and forgot about it. Thanks for the info.

Well you haven't been totally clear. Have you ever completed the Glast Gambit quest? If you have, you have no choice but to re-obtain the blueprint from Simaris. If you have not, then it sounds like you probably don't meet the requirements. You need to have first completed The War Within quest before it becomes available from Perrin.
