Pet dyes
Hair dye exists-has for years. They’ve even figured out hot to make pet safe ones.

I’d like to be able to dye the hair/fur color of my pets please-it doesn’t make sense to me that you have to genetically alter them to change their colors. Just dye the hair-or whatever the helminth charger has.

Make them temporary and single use items. Make them something I have to grind a bit for. Make the colors I can use tied to research done in the Dojo. Make it tied to whatever color palettes I have unlocked. I don’t care how they alter the current system of pet customization but I think they should. This just is not fun. Waiting 2 days to bake a baby space beast only to find out it’s ugly colors and you can’t do anything about it is weird in a game known for “Fashion Frame” and all the colors and accessories for the frames, sentinels, weapons, and even the pets themselves.

.... you do know that different hair colors for pets already are in the game, right?

Are you not aware that we already can swap colors of pets?

We can change how they look regardless of how they were when bred?

And they can be changed without cost?

Are you genuinely high or very uninformed?

yes, everyone. i know about the genetic palettes. i have one. it's a few different shades of brown and it sucks. my original post still stands. genetically altering the pet to change it's color is not the same as simply dying the hair. i need to know you all understand at least that much-do you?

One-time use dye? What is this, Destiny?
StingerRPG Jan 1, 2019 @ 4:45am
Oh, I get it. OP doesn't like the term that the pets are genetically altered to change colors, instead of simply dying them.

Wait why is that even a concern in the first place?

The latter of the post even goes as far as to state that you apparently cannot do anything about the colors the pet came with. Huh?

Also, one time use dyes? Stop, I'm done with Destiny at the moment.

What you want, and what the game offers is ESSENTIALLY the same. Wording might be off, but it's just dye and alternate skins all the same. The pets retains it's TRUE default genetics and can be reverted back at any time, which means that you didnt permanently alter the pet, it's just 'cosmetic' which is what dye is.

Limited use dyes are silly.

PoE and the market sells Gene making kits and they have some decent color combos if you get a few. Not sure but I think the kubrow kits work with kavats as well only for color. Still worth the investment if you ask me.

Wait, I'm pretty high, I had to buy a Genetic Masking kit for :platinum.

What part of that was free?
Master Teasonai at Cetus doesn't charge for platinum.

There is a basic one for 100k credits and it has black, 2xgrey, one green and brown. Also there's 2 other at Cetus with purple, red, blue, another black, pink and brown (the black and the brown are different from the basic one). Idk why you didn't knew that free gene masking kits existed???:cozyhoi4eagle::cozyroe2:

The shekel scheme that is Warframe wants you to pay up for animal colors. Use sentinels and be done. They are better in every way. Stop being a degenerate furry.

Because nowhere ingame is it advertised to you maybe? We all know Warframe lacks tutorials, most people don't for example know you can actually FULLY strip (i.e. HP bar changes color) the enemies armor by MR 20.

Same reason about 50 secret interactions exists with Warframes abilities that are NOT and NEVER will be listed in the ability section.

Probably same way people don't realize completing the Star Chart gives you MR (it doesn't say anywhere)

How are you confused at that? Warframes tutorial is worse than most games in the year 1998.

I had an MR 25 guy in my party that didn't know how to Charge Eidolon lures, ♥♥♥♥ happens when the game is about as helpful as a potato.
Especially when it just says here, kill this. And not that there is any certain way to do it. ie: operator mode.
