When you shoot enemies that circle closes.
Enemies must be within the circle to get shot.
If the circle is too small then recast 4.
Mesa is just about getting your energy per sec down. Minimize that then up your power after that and mod the guns well and it works. Grab the frame mod so you can move around a little, rolling is great with that.
What the OP is trying to say, as it appears, is that Mesa's Regulator Primes are shown to hold 100 rounds when viewing it's stats in the armoury. The OP, as a result, believes that when using Peacemaker, after firing 100 rounds the ability will still animate as if firing, but will do no damage, as it is 'out of ammo', and that the Regulator Primes should be buffed by DE to hold 500 rounds instead, so that the ability can be used for prolonged periods of time.
To which I reply, the Regulator Primes actually have infinite ammo, and that the ammo stat in the armoury is merely visual fluff as all guns have to have something in that section by design. You can use Peacemaker for as long as your energy pool allows and never run dry of ammunition, so any change is unnecessary, except for DE to perhaps replace the 100 in the Regulator Prime's stat to an infinity symbol (e.g/ ∞) or simply replace it with the word 'INFINITE' as some other guns have in other stats (e.g/ the Zenith's punch-through on it's secondary fire) in order to avoid confusion in the future.
This is what you call an 'information attack' - where you're induced to waste computational resouces to try to extract meaning from what is actually gibberish.
How can someone not know this after using Mesa or reading her abilities?
After reading OP's posts and replies, do you really honestly think literacy is one of OP's basic skillset?
Peacemaker is a channeled ability, and so like all channeled abilities gets its energy-cost-per-second redued by duration. The trick is that it isn't actually reducing the energy cost of the ability, it is increasing the time between "take x energy" ticks, thus effectively decreasing the energy per second, and that reduction is simplified in the stat window.
The regulators have infinite ammo, its all about the energy. Soo in simplified version
Regulators=infinite ammo until your energy runs out
No reloading or what soo server
dud u going kill me, no commas or fullstop only at the end.
That being said, it's like reading a bad translation done by a drunk Google AI.
Honestly, it would have been more easy and mod friendly (*COUGH* ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ FLEETING EXPERTISE*AHEM*) to just keep it affected by efficiency, the current system feels like channeled powers are just abilities with infinite duration instead of actual alternatives to limited time casted abilities.
