Arcane Velocity makes you spend too many bullets too fast, I rather go for arcane precission to scale better with heavier enemies, one or twoheadshots and you scale up.

Also since it is not a critical based weapon it is a waste to go for arcane velocity, takes too much to apply it.

Arcane Velocity is great for burst damage, add it with Razorwing Blitz and you'll melt down anything. Arcane Precission doesn't add much DPS in long endurence runs and is slightly harder to keep up since Dex Pexia has a wide spread. Arcane Velocity has a 100% up time as long as your Razorflies are alive since they can proc Velocity and also if need be, with the amount of bullets being fired out of Dex Pexia, you'll crit at somepoint.
