No one knows.

However, they do very differnnt jobs.

Steve is the director and Rebecca is the PC community manager. Neither of them is in a c-suite position at DE. They're probably paid decently, but unless they have an ownership stake then they're not raking in fat lootz. We really don't even know how sucessfull Warframe is in terms of net profit - for all we know 99.999999999% of the money they take in is going to pay the bills.

agreed, Steve is director and basically second man in DE so he should make a lot.

Rebecca is community manager, she should ear a very good salary as she is in charge of something, but for example senior developer such as Scott should earn more.

But again, Rebecca hasmade DE's community team well known for being damn good at it, transparent as they can be in their NDA, genuine, always there if you have questions, they stream on all platforms and if you specifically go to smaller streams such as console streams you can get answers for any question that is constructive enough.

Not something many community teams do sadly, many of them are hiding behind PR announcements etc, so I would say that Rebecca and entire team do deserve quite a buck for being that unique.
They even joke on the game's bugs, they are open about playing other games, in many companies your contract forbids you from talking about other games, even from streaming them on your personal account.

Just sayin gthat to point out they do have a lot of power and responsibility on them, I assume she gets a lot for it but still far from Steve

Get a job in the video game industry and find out yourself. Incomes may/likely vary, but at least you'll get a better idea, and get paid in the process.
