Can I use twighlight bait to attract glappids during the day?

On another note in conjuncture with my title quesion, Can I use twighlight bait and chain it with the bait of night fish during the day to skip waiting for night time?

No, glappids require its own bait. This is true with various rare fish inside the plains as well.

No, it doesn't work that way. Twilight bait doesn't change the fishing area to make night fishes comes out. It increases the rate of night fishes to come out, but not spawn them.
