Grind for Baruuk - How do you feel about it?

I was really looking forward to Baruuk because of his looks and abilities but I can't say I'm entirely on board with the grind you need to go through to get him. Not only do you need to be rank 2 with Vox Solaris, he also needs Toroids for his parts if I'm not mistaken. I understand that this game is all centered around grinding and I don't mind it, but Toroids are a rare drop and the fact that I need to use them to level up with a syndicate I also have to get different types of these toroids to craft this frame. I'm not really liking the grind we have to go through for the frames involved with the open worlds. What about you guys? Thoughts on the grind for this monk boi?

Toroids are easy to get, be smart about how you farm before complaining about something. You have things like drop chance booster, resource booster, nekros and hydroid. Ontop of that you have a kavat that can yield you 4 if not 8-16 toroids in 1 drop. Plenty of toroid farming groups out there, not to mention you can solo it also so..

With frames like this its easier to just farm platinium and buy them

Well not everyone has access to Nekros, Hydroid, Resource boosters, or Kavats.

Well not everyone has access to Nekros, Hydroid, Resource boosters, or Kavats.

Everyone who is that far into Fortuna should at least have access to the ability to farm for Nekros and Hydroid. And if you can farm for Nekros, you can farm for Kavats.

And you can easily trade for the 40p to buy a resource booster, plus everyone DOES in fact have the possibility of access to resource boosters due to the daily login. It may be for a reduced time, especially for people low on the daily login total, but the point still stands.

Also you need max rank with Solaris United too... if it was 3rd rank i was going for it butmax rank is more grind...they said they wanted to make the game less grindy... where's the LESS GRIND here ?
