Any MR9 weapon recomendations?

these 2 are good choices IMO

atterax is going to be nerfed to the ground in melee 3.0 (gaurantee it) and lesion<zaws

As far as melees go, I would strongly recommend heading over to Cetus and making yourself a nice Zaw. You might not have access yet to all the mods needed to turn a Zaw into a stick of pure concentrated death, but a well-built Zaw can be an amazingly powerful melee. This goes double if Operation: Plague Star comes back again any time soon, in which case you'll be able to obtain the especially powerful Plague Keewar and Plague Kripath Zaw Strikes. Before Gram Prime and Paracesis released, pretty much the only melee I had been actively using for several months was my (Plague Keewar + Jayap + Vargeet Ruhang II) staff Zaw.

The secret to Zaws' power is setting them up in a way that lets them take advantage of a hybrid build that has both crit and status, letting the mods Blood Rush and Condition Overload together push damage numbers very high.

Can confirm, zaws are where it's at if you can make the time for them (as someone who owns a kripath polearm and rapier).

past that, iirc the regular galatine was a ridiculously fun weapon to use when I was MR9, as were the obex and (the unfortunately vaulted) ankyros prime.

the redeemer is also hillariously fun (especially if you can get bullet dance).
