What do you mean with "any secrets"?
Make your way to Eris, do the Jordas Precept Quest and farm Atlas parts in the game. Voila, free Atlas.
You can also use this website: https://wf.xuerian.net/#welcome
To find out how you can farm this one:
https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Nami_Skyla_Prime
Or this one:
https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Kronen_Prime (Although that is dual Tonfas)
Or you can buy a bunch of blue prints from the market place.
You may not want to set Atlas as your goal just yet. His quest is far away so try other warframes on the way until you reach Eris after Pluto on navigation console.
Not for free. No. You will need to make your way through the Star Map to Eris to get him from the game without spending Platinum.
I suggest you get Rhino in the interim, he will get you to Atlas in a week or so, with a HEK shotgun from the market.
Atlas is aqquired at the end of a rather annoying and tedious Quest (The Main BP is awarded on completetion, and the various parts drop from the boss fight that unlocks once the quest is complete).
You need to to get to Eris, at the end of the starchart, and complete the Quest called 'The Jordas Precept'. This is rather annoying as part of the quest is to build an item, which parts drop (one at a time) from a tough Infested enemy called a Juggernaut. The drop rates are really poor and only one Juggernaut being able to spawn per mission makes it very tedious. Once you've got past that part then next hard part will be a Boss fight. This fight is rather hard as the boss is extremely durable and the whole fight takes place in Archwing, meaning you also need to get good archwing gear beforehand. After all that you get the Atlas Blue Print and will have to redo that boss fight to farm the rest of the parts (Chassis, Systems, Neuroptics).
So yeah... Atlas is a very annoying Warframe to get and will take a considerable amount of time, espeicaly for a new player.
You can get Atlas, Limbo, Mirage, Octavia, Inaros from their dedicated quests.
You can get Zephyr, Volt, Wukong, Nezha for free from the Clan Dojo's Tenno Research lab.
Every other frame can be farmed from planet bosses: Go to google, write the name of the frame plus Wiki, like: "Frost Warframe Wiki" and it will tell you which location an boss to farm.
Rhino on Venus
Excalibur on Mars
Frost on Ceres
Nova on Europa
