Press 2 for infinite energy, press 4 for infinite healing with no cooldown that also gives damage reduction for a time period.
If he had trinity's abilities of course.
But Oberon has really good Heals over time, and now Garuda.
1. Trinity
2. Oberon
3. Harrow
I'd put limbo (haven augment) before Harrow
It's no slower than any other frame in a good group.
Trinity is good and I LOVE Trinity. But...
Harrow can be a very effective healer and brings the overshields without the need for an augment mod. Oberon is great if you can fix the energy supply issue (Hi there Rage mod!) and be brings some bonus armor and status immunity, hell if you get Phionix renewal you have the best cheat death and for a group!
But potentially Garuda has decent healing capability, I don't have one to comment.
Subjective.
IMO Harrow is irredeemably boring compared to Trinity.
But Oberon's Smite is great for its dual utility for the forced knockdown and forced Rad proc. Tanky enemies with high DPS should be kept on the ground while you fire on them, and the rad proc helps distract groups of enemies.
In general, Oberon is the better passive babysitting healer than Trinity, since she's totally reactive instead of passive.
