My advice : keep it and sell when you're done farming it up and get a 2nd drop ( yea i know you still farming it , we all are ;p )
If you're going to burn yourself out farming stuff then better do it against Violence, because Maiming Strike is worth twice as much and actually really useful. At least for now, that is. Whether it'll be useful after Melee 3.0 remains to be seen.
I've sold about 5 in my gametime, worth about 2k plat or thereabouts. Worth a gander at getting some more as well. Just bought 10 today.
In response i would like to give you some more advice : farm the acolytes man its well worth the effort
Keep it for now, while it's currently obtainable and prices are reasonable. Later, sell it when the demand causes the price to go through the roof.
I'd keep a spare for yourself, though.
It can also be said for unvaulted items and stuff from Baro Ki'teer.
