Seeing a lot more toxic players sadly

I think one of the many good things this game is known for is the healthy community. Though 9 times out of 10, I'll always find toxic and hateful players when doing bounties on the plains or in Fortuna. From Limbo trolls, players that essentially kill Nidus, players that intentionally don't revive, and players that essentially yell at those fresh MR1-5's to get to extraction. This is all in my experience but it's been getting more noticeable every time I go into the plains to do a bounty in hopes of getting Revenant's neuroptics. Where have you guys found your share of toxicity?

There are plenty of things you can do against those players, ignore them, report them and in the case of Limbo, roll and move on.

Just be polite and ask them the reason for their behaviour, if the answer is negative, just use the options the game gives you to take action against that player.

And why would that ever translate into bad attitude towards other players? They aren't in the wrong.

If you think that’s toxic time to get off the internet. Warframe has generally been a safe space because the game in all its childish difficulty naturally attracts 70 IQ monkeys, they don’t have the brain space to do anything that could trigger anyone else.

You might find it hard to believe but people not doing exactly what you want them to on a video game isn’t being toxic, you SERIOUSLY need to grow up or get off the internet. If you have that much of an issue with others then play by yourself.

Being able to stuff around with others in this game is all anyone has to ease the boredom of the constant grind, limbo meme heads and killing nidus are funny, there is no point in reviving anyone on any mission that isn’t XP farming because you already get 4 lives and the mission can be done by 1 person in pretty much the same time as 4 (excluding spy) while the other 3 still get rewards. You play in a 4 just to max out enemy spawns.


I don’t revive people on bounties because there is literally no point, it’s not making that time tick down any faster and old mate dumb enough to die to level 40s is still getting his reward, dead or alive.


God forbid the day someone is actually toxic to you.
You can fix all these issues by not being bad at the game and changing your mind set to something less childish.

You've intentionally blurred the lines of real trolling, and OP being overly sensitive or having unrealistic expectations of other players. It could be both, who knows. I think you could use some growing, yourself, especially before you suggest it to others.

A strange sequence of commas, here. Anyways, the game is only a grind when you are grinding, otherwise you grind while not grinding and realize that you've accidently ground for materials later on when trying to build items. In other words, unless you're subjecting yourself to horrible drop rates, you're just playing the game.

You obviously have never considered the possibility that Warframe synergy is a thing: I'm Volt and you're Equinox. We move super fast and everything dies the moment we enter the room. Better than just Volt or just Equinox, right? I have no hopes of convincing you, but it's still the truth.

This is true toxicity. You do not care for the other player, only the aspect of "rewards" and who you feel "deserves" them. Your expectations are absurd to say the least, if you expect nobody to go down. Moreover, reviving is a courtesy: it's an acknowledgment of the other person's dignity, and is just a small and kind thing you can do. You don't have to, but coming up with these reasons not to has made it clear how you treat others.
