not long if that is your goal.
you can get a second from a clan pretty fast, or from the boss on the 2nd planet I believe.

With help from other players you can get a second one in few hours.

Without help it can take a while, since many materials are obtained exclusively from later planets. I'd say it can take between 30-50 hours then.

And if you want a particular frame that happens to be way down the line... it can take over 100 hours to get it.

Depends on the warframe. Rhino is the most common second warframe, it will take anywhere between 15 mins - an hour to get all his parts, then about an hour or so to get his materials assuming you have none of them but have the planets required, and then 12 hours to craft each part (can craft all 3 at once) then 3 days for the whole warframe. It gets easier to get warframes to further you progress.

How long does it take to get plastids and do you have any tips for that?

Wiki and planet info are your friends. When you are in the navigation menu, click on a planet, on the bottom right there's an excavator icon, hover over it and you'll see what resources spawn in that planet. As far as Wiki just choose what warframe you want next and wiki it so you can see who drops the parts. In a lot of cases the main blueprint you just get them from the market for credits. Rhino is a good second to go for but you can look around for others.

It might seem daunting and a lot of materials at first but trust me, in no time you'll probably be swimming in them anyways. If you are starting out and want to efficiently farm materials easier, get the Thief's Wit mod on your warframe and go ham on every container in the map.

I know how stuff works, I just realyl dont know how to get plastids etc., I mean, the best way to get them.

Also I only like melee warframes so rhino is the way to go for me with galatine

All Warframes can use Melee. I know what you're saying, but keep in mind that there's 30+ Warframes, most of which have their uses and playstyles. Don't restrict yourself to just one type of Warframe.

Depends how long you grind.
Mag was my first, then I got Trinity Prime from Twitch prime. After that I added Nyx and I have Oberon waiting in the foundry for me to buy a slot or sell a warframe to free a slot. All told, about 150 - 200 hours. HOWEVER, I'm not good at the game so your results may be different from mine.

Run the hardest planet you can access that has plastids (in your case, Phobos), and do a Survival Mission and try to stay and rack up killsas long as possible (say 25 mins), preferably with other people.

If you get a resource booster of any kind as a daily login tribute, then that's a perfect time to do just that.

Phobos is a little slow on Plastids, but it should give you enough to build rhino relatively soon.

Anyway, don't get too discouraged. It takes a while to get your second frame, but once you get more access to more planets, the warframes will start pouring in.

I can't remember exactly when the game opened up for me, but I went from "Yay, I finally have Rhino cooking in the foundry!" to "I have rhino done and 3 more warframes cooking in the foundry!" in the space of about a week. And it just keeps opening up from there.

idk why someone said 30-50 hours, by that time you will probably have 4 or 5 frames lol

dont worry you get frames very fast, and there will be plenty of bored veterans willing to help you grind
