Its a 'you've murdered over a hundred thousand of us *each* thing.
I agree in that the Tenno are just as bad, if not worse, than the Grineer, Infested and Orokin combined.
I support the Corpus in that the pursuit of profit and advancement (technological or socio-political) at least drives a market force that weeds out the weak and ensures continual development.
You might argue that it is immoral to sell-out a group of people, for example selling weapons they helped develop to the very enemies they made them to use against - but so what? In the end, you make a profit and the strong (mentally, monetarily or physically) survive.

The Lotus is evil through and through. A lying, manipulative, abusive wench.
From the very first mission I had an innate distrust and scowling avoidance of her and that self-righteous nosense she spouts.
Every mission and piece of lore since indicates she is a monster and not to be trusted.
Nothing would satisfy me more, in terms of Warframe, than a final mission to behead her and burn the remains, all Tenno who are "loyal" to the "Lotus" and then go our own way.
We have no reason, no ties, no motive and no logical purpose to serve her. Whatsoever.
We are an immortal space-ghost piloting semi-sentient human-shaped Warframes to butcher who we want, take what we want and go where we want, after all.
I...Wonder if you've played the game.
The Orokin are responsible for every major problem in the game. They're Mad Scientist Kings who unleashed insanity and endless war on the system at every turn.
For one thing, the Orokin were the elite upper circle of society, genetically engineered to be immortal and near-perfect. They weren't the average regular people. The average regular people were still getting screwed by the Orokin. Even the highly trained Dax Soldiers were fitted with anti-rebellion restraints and were treated as tools to be used and discarded (or slaughtered for giggles)
Second, the Origin system was already in a dark age of war and depreavity because of the Orokin. Let's recap, shall we?
1) Orokin pillage the hell out of the system, causing earth to be almost completely uninhabitable, and many other planets to be horribly ruined, putting all of humanity in peril.
2) Orokin create the Sentients to go terraform the Tau system. Sentients realize the Orokin would destroy Tau too, and decide to slaughter the entirety of humanity as a result. ie, the Orokin created a xenocidal race that wants to slaughter all human life in the Origin system.
3) Orokin created the mass-produced clone army that would become the Grineer in order to combat the sentients who could take over their technology. Orokin didn't care about their lives and bred them to die in a losing war.
4) Orokin created the Infestation to fight the Sentients, and it went out of control and ATE the planet/asteroid Eris, and now they want to eat the rest of the solar system. ie, the Orokin created another xenocidal race that wants to slaughter everything in the Origin System.
5) Orokin created the warframes, by scientifically infesting humans with a particular strain of infestation. Some were volunteers, others definitely were not. And the process was gruesome and painful. The Orokin didn't care about the mind-shattering perpetual agony of the victims. The Warframes then snap in mental anguish and turn on the Orokin and would have destroyed the whole system if they hadn't locked them all up in Cryo. Ie, the Orokin created a Xenocidal race that yadda yadda yadda are you seeing a pattern?
6) Orokin take a bunch of psychic kids that survived a messed up hyperspace jump...Whch hang on, the whole thing is suspicious. It was supposed to be a military vessel, why were there kids on board? I have to wonder if the "accident" that stranded them in the void was actually an accident and not a planned experiment...
Anyway, the Orokin took the kids that survived the incident with psychic powers, considered them rejects and "demons" for having void powers, executed the only person who cared about them, and then locked them up in Cryo on the moon for a few years.
7) Orokin then try to purge the memories (And failed) of the psychic kids, and then used the research of the woman they executed to merge Tenno and Warframe into a weapon that could actually beat the Sentients who were slaughtering the Origin System. FINALLY they do something that works, even if they're being their usual cruel and arrogant selves.
8) One Orokin decided to betray all of humanity to the Sentients, the Lotus comes into play, gives the Tenno the power to rebel, and they do, killing the Orokin that were the cause of all the Origin System's problems. The Lotus then turns on the Sentients (pure luck that she mimics Margulis and develops a bond with the Tenno), and the Origin system is NOT destroyed by the traitor orokin who sold out the entire system.
9) The Tenno beat back the sentients, saving the entire system, then go into Cryo Sleep in case the sentients come back.
10) The Grineer, without Orokin guidance, revolt and become a Xenocidal race that yadda yadda what is that, like 4 xenocidal races who want to destroy the system that the Orokin created by now?
11) The Tenno wake up and try to cull the numbers of the Grineer, Corpus, Infestation and Sentients to protect the surviving regular humans on the colonies, relays and Cetus. They're fighting a veerrrry slow victory and actually measurably save lives if the relays and few safe villages are any indication.
12) The traitor Orokin takes away the Tenno's source of guidance (lotus) and then restarts a new war between the Origin System and the Sentients, a xenocidal race that the orokin themselves created.
So....Did I make my point?
The Tenno aren't pure good guys. We're mercanaries who are drawn by the pull of loot and shiny things.
But we're the best hope for the surviving regular people of the origin system. Hell, we're willing to work with Grineer and Corpus who are trying to stop their faction's insane war. We can be reasoned with. The other factions refuse to do so.
And the "Universe on fire" that we're fighting in is on fire almost entirely because of the Orokin's cruel and arrogant decisions.
The Tenno are capable of caring. The Orokin prove time and again that they can't.
You can only say that because the Tenno are immortal warrior-gods.
How does someone born into debt-slavery on Venus, under 50% interest rate that they can never pay off, whose every discovery or work becomes the property of their overseers, get themselves out of that situation outside of rebellion?
Easy for the impossibly strong/lucky/rich to tell those who are essentially slaves "work hard and you can be like me!"
I'm sorry but your list of Orokin evils isn't long enough for justifying the systematic murder of billions. This is like the Allies winning WW2 then deciding that the Germans can not be redeemed and must be eradicated. Every man, woman, and child must be put to the sword, because thats exactly what the Tennos did. The Origin system was in chaos when the Tennos came to power and it is still a dumpster fire today. They literally wiped out an entire race for nothing and they're poised to wipe out two more. For what?
