it's a shadow, maybe that's why it looked like a bad photoshop to me

I, too, thought at first that this was some kind of texture bug or shadow. But after a double-take and closer inspection, you can clearly see that it really is what it appears to be.

It is not "too high", because the units are lifted up by the tight clothing material. And the colouration around the dispensary nodule is quite large. You can see the edge of the clothing material goes right through the middle of it.

I care for the poor Tenno boy who is now going to have a complex and run away screaming any time he sees them because he's going to associate them with that terrible moment of revealing his space mom is a monster robot (with scantily clad milking units).

It's not a bug or shadow nor is it photoshop (go replay the quest, see for yourself, or watch some youtube videos).
I also care because this is a very bad attempt on DE's part to inject some "sexiness" into the game in my opinion.
