Nukeframes usually refers to warframes that can "nuke" the map.
In other words, kill everything in the area.

Fashionframe refers to the looks of a Warframe. It's all about making yourself look as cool as possible while killing things. Completely cosmetic.

Should talk to the Volt I had earlier today about nuke frames and sorties... Radiation procs are a thing guys... Don't use nuke frames in radiation hazard sortie missions.

fashion frame is the most important thing in the game. You should definately prioritize that.

Warframe - A cool robot ninja thing that is controlled by a little kid
Fashion frame- A warframe but like it looks cool
Nuke frame - Like a nuke, but a warframe

Oh, yes. Very much, I'll do the same thing. But on a mission like mobile D where using such an ability will not only wipe the entire team, but the objective too, it isn't exactly smart or effective. Killing a teammate is good fun but isn't really disruptive. Instantly failing the mission is a bit different.

...yeah, getting repeatedly backstabbed by a Bladestorming Ash. Eugh. Happens way too much to me.

As for 'kinds of frames' - there are many, and all of them have their roles, hence their names.
As was mentioned, Nuke frames are those that can quickly (ideally, by just casting one skill once) clear an entire room (or more) of enemies.
There also are things like CC frames (crowd control frames - ones that can stun or otherwise "control" a crowd of enemies), DPS frames (ones that can deal a lot of damage to a target using their abilities), tank frames (those that can use their abilities to survive much more damage taken than other warframes), caster frames (a very general term to refer to frames who massively rely on their abilities for everything they do, and whose abilities are ususally supposed to be spammed), support frames (warframes that specialize in helping their teammates with buffs and similar abilities, instead of inflicting damage on enemies directly), and so on.

Fashionframe isn't actually a specific warframe - instead, it's the act of coloring your warframes and decorating them with armor pieces, syandanas, and other personalization options to make them look as good as possible. Some also consider this to be the Ultimate Challenge this game has to offer.
