focus schools for eidolon fights?

i was told unairu and madurai but not which of those skills exactly, i assume in unairu the only usefull skill is unairu wisp and in madurai it is only inner gaze and eternal gaze, skills who give energy rengeneration for the amp or do phoenix talons/spirit help too?

You're right about the Unairu Wisp, but for Madurai, besides the two you named it's also from Void Strike, which you can build up to a tremendous multiplier on both Amp and gun.

As above, however Void Strike is only really useful in an organized squad that knows what they're doing (and thus gives one or two squad members the time to charge up Void Strike while the others pick up the slack). If only one person in the group is capable of doing major damage to the Eidolon, Void Strike becomes basically useless since the player is not afforded the luxury of standing around for minutes charging up its damage multiplier. When rotated properly, though, Void Strike can be absolutely ridiculous, sometimes oneshotting its way through even a Hydrolyst's shields when used alongside another player's Unairu Wisp drops.

It's void strike from madurai and unairu wisp from unairu. Also unlock waybounds from all school. Never max the void radiance or whatever it's called the node just before the void strike. Just unlock it and keep it that way.

If you're going to do hunts with randoms take vazarin first, being dead is bad for your dps.

destroying eidolon shield is the most time consuming part in tridolon hunt.
so using anything that can buff operator dmg does help alot.
i find that madurai void strike is more reliable than unairu wisp.
the hitbox for unarui wisp is too small sometime the wisp doesn't even spawn.

so ok the pheonix spirit and talons dont do anything because void dmg is its own category, neither physical nor elemental?

When you destroy most of eidolon's limbs he will spam you with his projectiles making it impossible to block all of them unless you stay in void mode until it's over and it also makes your DPS cripple
