why is sabot rounds worth so much?

it is a mod for archwing and there isnt much archwing content, or is there? even on the plains i think i fire my primary weapon and not the archwing weapon, so why do people demand so much platinum for this mod?

the drop rate is 1.25% on a mission that takes a lot of time to do and its a powerful mod for a lot of archwing weapons

Considering people pay 5-30k p for rivens then yes, if something is rare enough then people will pay just to skip that huge grind.

"People" don't pay that, a handful of gullible whales do. 99% of riven postings over 1k plat are just there to inflate prices for the riven guilds. Same deal with the trade channel spam of low-price WTB offers, they're those same people on alts trying to sucker new players into selling valuable rivens for less than they're worth.

Archwing will be very heavily integrated into the Railjack system when it eventually comes out in full. Many of those who aren't still in denial of this fact are working on getting a properly built set of Archwing gear put together so that they won't be left behind the curve when space combat releases.
