It's worth investing stuff into, but with it being so OP you may not want to buy any particularly expensive rivens unless you're willing to accept a lower disposition in the future.
My friend is quite frustrated with their own underperforming Fulmin, and theirs hits harder than mine.

Fulmin is MUCH better than either of those for any content over about level 60-70.´Once you hit 90-100, the Fulmin is in a completely different league to them.
Yes, Fulmin is worth forma, but I'd say it isn't worth buying a riven, as I wholly suspect a nerf will be coming in some form in the coming months/year (a lot of content dropping right now that might keep them "too busy" to deal with it). Same goes with the Acceltra, worth the forma, but probably going to get nerfed, especially if the numbers of people using these two guns continues to rise as it looks to be.
kill everything in high level in 2-3 shot.
have infinite ammo and no recoil on alt-fire mode
