open world for each planet will get boring very quick... maybe 1 or 2 more (e.g. infested open world)
I agree with that 2.
I just gained rank 3 arcane guardian, always played without it, if your playing well you dont need it tbh. (mostly prefer anti magnetic arcane more tbh).
I do understand the complaint, after my builds are as powerful as one might be and remembering how hard is it when you are a newb becomes harder.
I just enjoyed the fun of enemies being damn aggressive and capable of hurting you if you do not watch your ass.
After they introduce first infested open world we can expect some higher levels on next open worlds, and I really hope so we get that.
Even if you put it on Sedna newbs will complain how hard is it to get stuff there failing to understand that it is not meant for you to get stuff there is it is too hard for you.
Same as with Garuda, she is not meant to be an entry reward to Fortuna, her BP is.
Venus is second planet after all so it is fine. Have patience, they have to tackle few more open worlds, one must be harder.
Problem with those is that they cannot use it to advertise the game for new players as new player is 300 hours away from anything resembling a comfortable gameplay in high level content.
but I hope they do it for veterans, it would still be a huge profit, after all - all these newbies you've got hooked up with Fortuna will look for high level content in few months.
But super hard bounty, lvl 100+, maybe 6 man squad - sounds fun
I am not saying it should be absurd. For example MR 15. I am saying MR 6, because I have come to find that all players I have escorted ingame tend to be at or beyond MR 6 when they reach the Natah quest, which is also the point they begin to encounter more advanced modding and combat tutorials. The game is complex, with many systems. I don't trust a lot of these 1 and done streamers joining the game. Their views are short and jaded of the game and have no idea about how powerful your warframe is. We NEED a challenging area to go fight in. Warframe needs some real difficulty for everyone to engage in, new and old players alike. Yes I may be near the upper tiers of players, but even at best, my analysis of the systems of Fortuna tells me that you won't even get anything out of Fortuna without more MR then MR 2 or 3.
In the best case Scenario, it was moved OFF the main path of Venus, like POE should have been, but it still is not for new players. These new players should play the game and get a better grasp of how their warframes work and play. If I have to run into another noob who calls Nullifiers OP again...
The worst thing an MMO can do is constantly add content at the end where the majority of players won't see it, and it seems like DE have realised this.
I just recently persuaded a friend to start playing Warframe and just then realized that PoE is required to progress, which is absurd. While the lowest level bounty is very doable for new players (both on PoE and Fortuna) I don't see the point in it being on the main path.
Edit: However, it should still be available early on (no MR lock). That's what Tier 1 and 2 bounties are for after all and new players can use the mods from these bounties straight away. Putting Garuda blueprints in the 3 lowest Tier bounties is questionable though, as it takes A LOT of grinding to actually craft them.
If you need arcanes to manage the "high" difficulty of the game you are a total noob mate.
Let me guess. You play with atterax and spin all day long.
Some people can't understand the world doesn't revolve around them.
Nothing about my concerns is Egocentrism. I kept saying that Fortuna is not a game changer for Warframe. It is a Fad, and making it the selling point for new players is a terrible idea. This game will be hard for those players, and Fortuna is not for them on even the most simple level. Basic analysis can tell anyone this. It's not that Fortuna is bad. But Fortuna and Railjack beyond are definitely not for a new player. It is to all our interests not to market Railjack for these players either, ESPECIALLY since it is so important to the current game lore.
Both of them attracted lots of new players and in many cases became newbie traps.
Don't forget that newbies and casuals are the ones who bring the money. Not old players who sell stuff and have most warframes/weapons already.
