Kuva Weapon Question

I just got a Kuva Ogris as the first weapon and this is the exact weapon that i wanted. But the question is, can i get another Kuva Ogris with better damage in the future? Or just invest in this one?

How much damage difference can two kuva weapons have?

The damage bonuses can vary from <..> to 60% in total.
So that's 60% bonus elemental damage.But!
If you do find such weapon, there is an option to combine two weapons to transfer the buffs to your already forma-ed weapon.

Yes, you can use the gun you found now, and then upgrade it with the better damage bonus from another kuva ogris you find later.

25% I think is the lowest... I have 5 weapons at 25%, yes my luck is bad in that regard.

3 of the weapons have Impact damage, so I guess it isn't limited to just elemental either.

Wow really??? So i can upgrade it if i found a better damage Kuva Ogris without wasting formas? That's really great. It's good that DE thought about that.

Mine is around 40% if i wanna do a quick math.

You don't need to do math. Go look at you Kuva Lich history in the Codex and it will tell you what the bonus is.

Also! Just in case you didn't know, if you're making your own Liches to try and farm for Kuva Weapons, the frame you make a Lich with matters. Different frames will give you different elemental bonuses, and it's semi-important if you're gearing your weapon for a specific thing.

You can do that in the same location where you would apply Forma, Catalysts, etc

It will replace the bonus element entirely, so applying a 40% heat Ogris over a 25% elec Ogris will only give you 40% heat

That's good to know. But everything that i'll make will be radiation. It's just better overall.

Far from me to tell you how to build your kuva weapons but what gave you the idea that radiation was better overall?
