For detailed drops click on a relic in the wiki and scroll down. You'll receive all mission nodes where a said relic drops with chance to drop it in %.
If you go to your relic thingy in your orbiter, hover over a relic and press TAB. It will show you all locations, but without drop chances.

As for vaulted primes you can trade for them with others players. Be aware that the cost (in platinium) can be fairly high.

Every prime eventually gets vaulted. Limbo's time will come, just not anytime soon.
