All my warframes are lost

after playing for over 2400 hrs I left the game for a couple of years. Now that Empyrean is out I downloaded and began play. All my progress from 2400 hours of play is gone. None of my warframes exist and I was started as a new character using volt. Is there any way to recover all that has been lost?

Something seems off here. Normally if you have left the game for X time/years they lock your account upon trying to login. This is a security measure to ensure you are the actual owner of it. If you logged right in with no issues then something is wrong. I would contact support right away.

i call bs! i played the game when it came out and deemed it ♥♥♥♥! a real travesty... so i left a negative review and played path of exile. got a wife, a kid, a dog and a job! got divorced and moved to another city, gave the child away but kept the dog and then decided to give warframe another chance (cause for some reason it appears everywhere, on youtube gaming channels in pc magazine and nowadays even in my dreams!!!) everything was like i never left and it has been 6 years so... yeah bs what u claim, maybe peeps tell themself that bc they hv a password like "pw1234" and got robbed and dont want to face reality

yes as we all know. if you play path of exile, you get a complimentary wife, kid, and dog. and if you play a game that a random person online doesnt like, you end up alone...calm down dude, he hasnt played for years, and probably just had his account effected by a random bug

Do a simple google search and you will see many people have had a issue with it "inactivity bans/locks". Which is why I suggested it in the first place as it does tend to happen a lot. Something that does not happen a lot is having your entire account reset with nothing left of it.
