So what happened to the Fulmin?

Not talking about the riven changes but instead this weird recharge "feature" where if you drain the weapon to 0, it will slowly recharge 1 power each second up to about 10, then recharge normally to 60.

I hope this is a bug because it sucks hard.

Probably a bug, since nothing in the patch notes say that fulmin was changed

Actually, I've noticed the exact same thing happening to my Larkspur earlier today.

Seems like this bug/change(?) effects all weapons with ammo refill mechanics, not just the Fulmin.
