Pennant drop

Hey, so has anyone had a Quellor or Pennant drop yet?
anyways, can u tell me where you got it dropped? I heard that Kasio´s rest drops Pennant but im not sure yet :)

Yes. Grineer Galeon Captains. I farmed Korm's Belt for it. Unfortunately, the galleon isn't always the objective.

As far as I'm aware, there is no specific mission node that has a higher chance of dropping the blueprints; it simply drops from Grineer Galleon Commanders and Asteroid Base Commanders in any mission those targets spawn. As far as I can tell, the higher-level missions have a better chance of rolling these objectives - every time I've run the highest-level Saturn Proxima mission it's had two objectives besides the normal kill quota: a Commander and one other base-disabling task.

Fortunately, DE has just recently changed things so that the blueprint is now a shared pickup; previously every player in the squad had to go in and collect the drop individually or miss out.
