Railjack - Turret which house is better?
Zetki should the best one like in the original description. The cake is a lie!

Zetki should have the worst dps in total. High burst, but super fast overheating as if its a sniper with a long reloading time and its not really handy for a massive battlefield.

I couldnt try other Vidar and Lavan since they drop rarely and mostly coming from mission reward.
A ton of Zetki BP dropped per mission.

What's your experience with Lavan/Vidar Turret Mk2 - Mk3? How they are so?

Just by reading quickly the "blueprints", you could tell that Zekti are better but sometimes no.

Let me explain : I dropped a Vidar Cryophon MK3 that does 4407 dmg but the zekti cryophon does 6611 dmg (crits are the same and status almost same 42 to 45%)
BUT, the bonus written at the top says +39% fire rate for the zekti (the values are randoms) and +59.8% dmg for the vidar, so the vidar does in fact 7000 dmg per shot (and heat less)

It depends on the weapon type but zekti weapons are not always the best

Its important to check number of heat per shot. For Zetki Apoc, it does only 1.5 sec per burst and 3 sec cooldown. I dont care if the Zetki Apoc has great random bonus (increase fire rate overheat faster than 1.5 sec) and higher damage. Its just not handy against flying 90 raptors around.
Even if you have high ranked to reduce the heat, but your crew dont. Thats another disadvantage.

I was expecting the report from your experience, not the theory without test it.

From what I've seen:

Lavan has lower base damage and heat accretion (compared to Zekti), but has its stats skewed towards status chance.

Vidar has lower base damage and heat accretion (compared to Zekti), but has its stats skewed towards critical chance.

Zekti has higher heat accretion (compared to Lavan and Vidar), but has higher base damage, accuracy and is skewed towards status chance (of which it has more of compared to Lavan).
For Zetki weapons, the trick is to simply manage your heat accretion and never let the weapons actually overheat. The time it takes for the turrets' heat to reset from 90% is far lower than the time it takes for it to reset from a full overheat. Your DPS will actually be a lot higher if you train yourself to frequently let go of the trigger.

And your reward for putting up with those heat issues is that you get to do the exact same DPS as other manufacturer when you count in more frequent downtime.

Zetki APOC has 4x the heat generation in return for 50% base damage increase.

So that's 1.5 seconds worth of fire for 592 total damage before mandatory downtime one way or another.

Lavan APOC will have 6 seconds worth of fire for 1 578 damage before mandatory downtime.

Assuming the downtime will be 1 second (no overheat, just regen).

Zatki will put out: 2 368 damage in 10 seconds.
Lavan will put out: 2 367 damage in 10 seconds.

Carcinnox and Photor are slightly more efficient at 3x the heat generation but even then I don't think it's worth it. Misses are much more costly with high heat generation and no one has a perfect aim (at least until Gunner lvl 10).

I'd only ever use Zatki Cryophons if I could get any other manufacturers to drop. But right now Zatki is all that drops hence the "meta".
