Ignis Wraith or Phantasma?

Im thinking about formaing either but im not sure which one is worth it more

Phantasma is better imo- it deals more damage but has shorter range and worse ammo economy than the Ignis Wraith. Thankfully the Phantasma is one of few weapons (if not the only weapon) that's worth putting ammo mutation on, which takes care of the ammo problem completely, and based on testing I've done you're not missing out on much damage by slotting the mod in there. Since it has radiation damage by default you can get rad/corrosive/blast with 100% status and it just annihilates everything.

Ignis wraith has better ammo economy, more range and can be modded for crit compared to Phantasma. But Phantasma definately does more damage and fires faster. If you get a Ignis riven though, it will wreck tons. You should forma both, but Ignis wraith should be forma'd without a doubt.

Thus far I find a Viral/Radiation/Hunter Munitions hybrid Ignis Wraith to be devastatingly effective across the board.
Phantasma...not sold on it yet. I don't like the primary fire, I find the range too restricting. But the secondary is a lot of fun. However another shotgun that is very like it is the Corinth and I prefer that.
I'd have to say Ignis Wraith between the two, personally. But hey...you CAN have both.
