Help with Swarm Mutalist Moa Scan Mission

so im not new to this game but its been a long time since I played, I tried doing one of the dailies for the big golden eyeball dude and he told me the do the mission said above, I tried scanning them out in the wild then I started hunting down specific ones with the little dust that pops up when using the device but I couldent find any. anything im doing wrong?

Special ones will spawn in missions that you either host or join at the very start. Your best chance for these ones would either be an infested survival mission or many of the non-endless missions on Eris.

Infested salvage is probably a great mission. The targets spawn before it starts so no other spawns around.

There is a guid here on steam for all the synthesis target locations.

Just search in the guides for "synthesis target" and it should be the first to pop up.

It has a list of every synthesis target and the missions they pop up in.

Specifically the Swarm Mutalist MOA should show up in Europa Armaros (Crossfire Exterminate) and Eris Isos (Capture).

I just added the guide to my browser favorites so I could find it quickly when I forgot where a target was.
