What’s your Daily Warframe Routine?

Just wondering for all those experienced players, what are the things you usually do when you logon? Just curious.

For me, it’s usually hitting my daily focus cap doing Elite Sanctuary Onslaught, which also allows me to hit my daily syndicate caps.

Then it’s hitting my Ostron/Quill standing cap, and I’m pretty much done.
Game does get boring still, since bounties are repetitive, not to mention sometimes buggy. Can’t fortuna come faster?

For me:

- Log-in.
- Play 30 mins.
- Check Trade Chat for some things that will catch my eye.
- Log-out.

Pretty busy with work and can't play properly because I have weak internet atm.

log in do a few syndicate missions for standing and a few alerts that intrest me then log out.

Sortie; solo focus cap in ESO with Saryn or in grineer exterm mission on Sedna with sleep Equinox; Simaris rep cap; Ostron rep cap using fish; Quills rep cap using cores; claim forma; build forma. Later all 3 eidolons run with friends. That's pretty much it.

Oh yea forgot about Sorties. For some reason they don’t interest me as much.

-Daily focus/Syndicate cap on ESO
-Sortie
-Check news/alerts for anything interesting
-Multiple logins per day for a few Ctrl+V on chat trade

Not necessarily everything on the list on a daily basis but here are some things I generally do:

-Buy/Sell as needed
-Swap frames/weapons for MR progression
-Farm relics
-Farm void fissures (attempt to complete sets for use/sale)
-Craft Forma/Catalyst/Detonite/Mutagen/Fieldron/etc.
-Contribute to Clan Research as needed
-Farm for resources/credits as needed
-Review warframe/weapon builds for efficiency/upgrades
-Upgrade warframes/weapons as needed
-Do missions/quests for frames
-Farm for special frames
-Do syndicate missions to progress standing/purchase syndicate items
-Do sorties for stuff
-Do Derelict missions for stuff
-Missions/farm for amps/arcanes
-Help some noobs

For myself personal 'daily routine' even if I don't play every day, is either doing sorties, syndicate missions to pile up medallions for the next prime release, or try to farm parts/materials for weapons that I don't have yet (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I love grinding for Hema)

Depends on the time of day.
Mornings- Do a quick extermenate run then start work.
Afternooon- Check on drones for loot. Check Dojo for completed research. Check foundery for completed tasks.
After work- Farm
Evening- Collect login reward. Farm
