The main blueprint for limbo isn't awarded from the quest, you have to buy it from the market for credits.

As psychic kitty and whiplash said you need to build the parts to proceed with the quest. If you've finished the quest then built parts don't show in your foundry. if you haven't bought the blueprint yet then you'll not see them there.

Did you check your inventory?
its not there even in his inventory
Then you're having the same issue that a few people have reported since 2016, start a ticket with Warframe support and tell your friend to explain what happened. They can clearly see that he's on the quest so they'll know.

Known bug for at least 2 years or more, devs see fit not to fix the problem and just continue adding paid MCs and skins. Contact support and fill out a ticket.

i have a question to you OP
if you didnt get a part....how did you get the next mission?
You cant complete all the missions in that story otherwise.

It requires you to buid the part to complete a mission and go to the next part...so just wondering here?

I mean i did it....and found it silly how i had to keep repeating a mission to get a part so i could build it....

Sooo......just wondering here.

Sounds like neither one of you did the arc at all.

I must agree. The way that the quest works is, first you have to find the "theorem" part of each part of the frame. You do an interception mission, get rewarded "Limbo <systems/chassis/neuroptics> Theorem" component which you craft. It will require proof fragments.

After you craft it, you get an a new mission, an extraction mission, to find the actual system/chassis/neuroptics part.

So the quest has 6 phases. Theorem > part > repeat for all 3 parts.

Look in your foundry for theorem blueprints.

Buy blueprint from Market then build Limbo with the magically appearing parts you built as part of the quest.
