which do you think is the best for the regulator
my other slots filled with hornet strike, lethal torrent, barrel diffusion, primed heated charge, primed target cracker, primeed pistol gambit, and convulsion

Anemic agility is great with regulator, you'll do more damage then using those other two mods in the long run if you stay in peacemaker alot.

one more thing, what does range affect peacemaker?

Range just make the starting target circle bigger when using peacemaker so you'll target more mobs within that line of sight. Kinda pointless if you use anemic agility since the circle gets smaller the more you keep shooting the regulator.
