Best Passive

I think it's Gara's passive. It's really good. But i didn't play with every warframe. What do you guys think is the best passive ability?

Inaros his health stealing is not really a passive, its part of his 1st ability.
His passive is the coffin which is a pretty poor passive.

Inaros's ability to heal on finisher is not part of his first ability. He can heal from any finisher attack, even those not produced by Dessicate. You can see this yourself by simply equipping him with another means of provoking Finishers, like a dagger with the Stinging Thorn stance, or teaming with an ally like Gara, Mirage, or Excalibur.

The coffin, by the way, is not as bad as you think. Sure, it falls off against higher level enemies, but unlike normal bleed-out it doesn't leave your Sentinel vulnerable, making it easier for your Sentinel to use Sacrifice to revive you.

Also if teammates kill enemies near you, that can revive you too, so if you have a strong pet they can revive you.
