Grineer weapons cannot be Primed. That person simply renamed a melee weapon. You can do that for 50 platinum at Hok's place in Cetus.

I've seen so many players do this...I find it kinda sad.

Anyway, only Tenno weapons get Primes. It's conceivable that there may be a Wraith or Prisma variant of Atterax someday. Probably post-melee 3.0 when it's no longer what it is now.

You can only Gild a Zaw, but you can rename any weapon for Plat (including the Zaw after the Gild and naming).
