Not a lot.
Knell, Seer and Arca Scisco come to mind.
I like the Arca.

Build? Nothing really fancy at base.
Bog-standard Hornet Strike, Barrel Diff., Lethal Torrent, Pistol Gambit (or Primed), Target Cracker (or Primed).
After that depends on whether you wanna push Crit or Status, the scope gives you shot combo bonuses to both.
Crit build I like adding Seeker, Hydraulic Crosshairs, Augur Pact.
Status I use Maim, Pistol Pestilence and Deep Freeze (Viral + Slash).
A hybrid i'd probably pick Seeker, and mebbe +60% Tox./Ele. (Corrosive).

Seer and Knell...don't really like 'em.
Probably others but I can't think of them right now.

I think he probably means high zoom or scoped...?
But yeah you can use any hitscan pistol to 'snipe'. Except on the Plains, engagement ranges are pretty short.

I've been liking the Vasto Prime recently. It has absolutely no recoil whatsoever and 5/5 Riven disposition last I checked. I recommend giving that old beauty a try.

The standard for "sniper pistols" has usually been hard hitters like the Lex Prime, but the recoil difference is enough for me to choose the Vasto Prime.

V-marelok is really good for a hitscan.

faction ballista is great, gives power, hits hard, duos as a burst gun if you don't hold trigger for the big shot. not hitscan.
angstrum. big aoe boom pinpoint accurate rockets. do not use up close. not hitscan, but you can miss and still kill due to aoe boom.

seer with the scope mod is the best long range but it does next to zero damage and cannot crit.

I'd say Scisco arca, got a riven for it so I decided to give it a go and god, that thing is broken, but also I haven't fully tested every single one

If by "sniper" you mean one with zoom, then Arca Scisco is the only one worth anything.

Personally, I use it for Plains of Eidolon as backup long range weapon. Just build it for Crit and Status mix and you're golden. With corrosive it's great at melting off the armor from Grineer drop-ships.

I personally run the Arca Scisco with a Viral + Elec build, using the dual stat mods. Normally you would want to use as few elements as possible so specific ones proc more often, but I find the elec procs useful to help align further headshots and stop enemies from shooting back. And if it doesn't proc elec, it's almost always proccing Viral or Slash, which get to the point of killing things quicker.

Arca Scisco is my go to when it comes to scoped pistols, it's passive is pretty nice too.
